On January 18, 2023, I began my fitness journey with Andrew. After struggling with the effects of COVID and multiple herniated discs, my workout routine had been put on hold, leading to a 40-pound weight gain. At the end of 2022, my doctor informed me that my A1C had reached 10 and strongly urged me to make lifestyle changes.
With Andrew’s expert guidance, I started modifying my diet and training with him 3 to 4 times a week. Investing in a personal trainer has been one of the best decisions of my life.
